Wow this place is filthy..ripped chairs dirty floors , Heath hazard. But staff friendly

Typical costa coffee outlet where the staff are automated androids, the decor is average, and the food and drinks all typical costa. Nothing wrong but nothing special either.

Waited 15 mins for 1 cappuccino by which time my husband and daughter had eaten their cake and wanted to leave 😐

They're always good places for a snack and coffee. The only downside are that the toilets are not always as clean as they could be. Staff are friendly and smiley and very efficient.

When ever I use Costa in Epping, it's like going home for coffee and the staff treat there customers like family. Superb atmosphere, love this place.... Well done...xx Gerry

Very busy but queue went down quickly. Young lady taking orders very pleasant and well organised. Toasted sandwiches brought to our table quickly, they knew where we were. Other lady clearing tables very polite. Great! Well done.

This is a desperate plea to Costa, please help out this store!

It has so much potential, it's in an ideal location, the staff are absolutely delightful and pricing affordable compared to other coffee shops nearby, but it is marred with so many problems that you barely get to enjoy it.

First, the dishwasher broke so only had takeaway cups (took about 2 months to get repaired!), then they were let down by suppliers and had no sweetener, then the dishwasher was fixed and broke again last week) and now the plumbing is broken so nobody can sit in. Please help them out because they work so hard and deserve a reliable store, not one falling into disrepair.

Great Costa, food and drinks spot on. Service helpful and friendly. Wait time good. Nice seating area and a couple of tables outside too.
