Starbucks Coffee

A nice relaxed roadside Starbucks attached to petrol station and shop.

The staff are pretty friendly, the service is fast and the tables actually cleaned and cleared.

It also has a drive through which seems to work well although I haven’t tried it myself.

Opening hours are pretty good so you can get a coffee most of the time. Pity it’s not actually a 24 hour one though.

Ok so! Could see 3 people behind the counter, 2 were too busy talking to each other to come serve, then when one finally came over. As I waited for the first cup to arrive I could see and hear one of the staff complaining that the women on the drive through was "stressing her out" as she ordered her drink with coconut milk and not regular milk and she got it wrong and was sent back, I'm now still waiting for the second cup for my order, the whole time I've been waiting there is a customer at the drive through waiting too, staff still talking to each other like no one is there, eventually the member of staff making the coffee finally hands me my half cup of coffee, still talking and didn't acknowledge that she was even handing it to me.

Doable as a quick stop, but the cappuccino seemed to lack coffee. And no chocolate sprinkles either. The loos were good though.

Visited the drive through yesterday, very quick to take the order but took ages at least 10 mins to get anyone to the window to pay even though my order was sat looking at me on the side. Not just me either, cars in front of me were treated the same. 10 -15 mins waiting in the drive through queue for others to get their order and then waiting for our. Wish I'd never bothered.

Great Coffee....now only cards...

I ordered my drink and the guy repeated it saying “large” obviously upselling but I wanted a large so no problem but be wary!
I went to pay and he held the credit card wand up high so I couldn’t see the screen - I asked him to lower it; which he did slightly- I said I want to see the screen before I pay! He reluctantly showed me the screen - then he tipped my bag containing “a toffee apple muffin” so the cream and syrup was all over the bag! A rude boy! He’s 22 soon as he was talking to his colleague the whole time!

Fabulous staff....thank you so much for your kindness and coffee while the lads waited for us to pick them up after their all night BMX ride at Adrenaline Alley Halloween session....your kindness goes a long way and speaks volumes for Starbucks...your staff on duty today are a credit to you...! 💜💯💫👍

Not very tidy, not clear about self clear, only one female toilet, uninterested staff.
Easy parking, drive thru also.
