Harris + Hoole

Do you want to have a fantastic and warm experience at London Stansted Airport? Have a coffee at Harris+Hoole and do whatever to be served by Sam. He will talk to you in your language! Whatever that is! I am italian and took me a while to understand he was not. He talks in your language without being even solicited and you can see he enjoys it very much! It’s his way (I asked) to make people feel good! How did he learn? Listening to clients and replying back as he could until he could very well! Wow! Standing ovation Samuel! That is a talent! And you made me start my day with the right right coffee. Thank you! 👏🏻👏🏻😉

I just want to say Thank you, to the man with the beard, who I asked for milk for my baby and he also brought me a coffee. I had a long day travelling, just left my husband in Tunisia, baby was screaming ect.. I really appreciate it. I really hope you see this message. You are amazing. Thank you sooooo much ❤️

Incredible customer service....with a SMILE. Give those guys a raise Harris and Hoole, they are fantastic ambassadors of your brand.
Definitely the best airport coffee shop customer service I've experienced and the only place I'll be using at Stansted from now on.
5 stars for sure, even if the coffee had been bad....which it certainly wasn't!
Make the soy/almond milk the same price as regular though guys, it's 2022, alternative milks are no longer niche!

Unfortunately had a bad experience in this particular branch. As a regular customer in your Southgate branch I expected my coffee to be at least as good as the one I have every morning. What a disappointment.
Firstly, I ordered small coconut flat white, I recieved medium. Secondly, I asked barrista (tall, short dark hair lady) to make my coffee not to hot , she rolled her eyes and pour cold milk from the box to my cup! - who does that?? Coffee was cold, milk wasn't creamy and not even warm. I was charged £4.05 for coffee that I literally thrown away after my first sip. I understand, your airport branch is very busy and speed service is required etc, but cup of your favourite coffee should be made in the standards you provide in your other branches. If I wouldn't know how great coffee you guys serve, i would avoid your cafes after this experience. I will definitely coming back to my local Southgate branch, were my coffee always makes me smile, and customer service is better than in most of places in London, but I will avoid your Stansted branch for sure.

These people know what good customer service is! And the most important - it looks like they are happy working there. Smiling and polite, uplifting service. The coffee and food were great, thank you!

Handy spot. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Was able to relax for a few minutes. Was also able to pull out my laptop and do a little work at the table while enjoy9ng my scone and coffee.

Great spot! Best in the all airport,they are friendly,quick and the avo on toast is so generous! There is guy speaking many languages always so nice and polite,is very rare in a fast pace environment like an airport! I fly quiet often and this is now my go to place!

Stansted airport …. PLEASE DO GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY ASK FOR ! I ASKED FOR DECAF , YOU GAVE ME A NORMAL CAPPUCCINO !!! I HAVE CHRONIC INSOMNIA AND I AM CAFFEINE INTOLERANT…. I WAS EXTREMELY ANXIOUS ALMOST DID NOT MAKE MY FLIGHT AS I WAS SO SICK AND CONFUSED … please do better it’s not that difficult
