A little pricey but worth it for the relaxing vibes

Always pop in here when we are in Epping. Especially as my little one loves a babycino! I much prefer Caffe Nero coffee, to any other of the coffee chains. This is a good sized one, with good toilet facilities and plenty of seating. I had an Iced Latte this time, as it was hot out, and it was perfect!
The girls who work here are always friendly and service is quick.

All good. Friendly staff. Decent coffee. £2.80 for a regular latte.

Excellent food, drink and atmosphere, couldn't fault it! Love the relaxing music in the mornings and the Brazilian coffee is excellent, by far the best around.

Assume the tables and floors were dirty due to only two staff working on xmas eve. It may also explain why we were served in paper cups when drinking in.
However there is no excuse for plastic lids to be used when drinking in. Every customer removed their lid after walking 10 feet to their table. #thinkoftheplanet
