Great cakes and coffee

Not sure what is wrong with those people but every single time they have some problems. When I asked for my soy latte to be warm, I burned my mouth. I wanted the last piece of carrot cake, they told me that it’s broken and they can not sell it... my least favourite place.

Starbucks is always good if you ask me... been to many of them in different counties. Only thing I didn’t like about this place was that it was very, very slow. It wasn’t busy, as I got to that location early. Didn’t want to rush travelling with my little one with me too. They were quick to take the money for the order, but sooo slow in giving the food. I got the food for the family, then waited there so long that my family finished eating before I got my food. Highly disappointed as it was a bad start to my holiday.

Love to over charge at this site compared to every other Starbucks you’ll visit. The special offer at this place is that you pay the same money every other branch wants for a large drink and in return get a medium one. No big issue just the principal of it is frustrating. Even other Starbucks local to this one says what they’re doing is wrong but this one is convinced they’re right

The car park in question has just one exit and entrance, and drivers say it is only reasonable to assume it is all the same car park. Motorists park in similar retail units across the country every day and make their way to various shops. Met parking fine to con you out of money, the signage was unclear.

MET, what would happen if a customer entered one restaurant on the site and then decided to eat in the other, would they be expected to move their car? No explanation was offered

Quick prep and nice iced oat latte for hot weather
Wouldn't tho sit inside as even if place was almost empty the tables and floors been dirty and sticky

Incredibly dirty. The entire place empty and not one table clean or tidy. The service was non existent, I felt like I was bothering them.

Lost my coffee, no apology.
Coffee replaced with wrong order.
I understand staff are busy, however a little more manners would have saved me the time in writing this review.
