Lovely place to go for a stroll and enjoy a cup of coffee too.

After a walk on a beautiful day we stopped for a cup of tea at HatHats. The service and friendliness of the young staff serving are a credit to the company. As a Team Leader in retail I can say I was very impressed. Lovely to sit outside as well.

Amazing coffee and a great team behind the bar. The Historic setting next to the sea is great for a day out for the family or a long dog walk.
Bought myself one of the HatHats reusable take away cups (very good quality and my new favourite cup) too!

Went here twice in a few days due to family visit and hitting the beach nearby. On both occasions the place appeared to be run by an unsupervised crew of young girls. And didn’t they do well 🥳. Efficient, friendly, helpful as all positive and smiles. Great to see. We were very impressed both visits. Drinks, coffees, smoothies and blended things, were all well made. The entire place appeared clean and litter free, with tables cleared quickly. The toilets outside were also clean (not sure if you are responsible). Why drop a star? The prepackaged panini type things were just too skinny on the fillings. Hint of chicken is just not on. That let you down. Shame. Keep the rest up though, good little team.

Seating is available inside too if it's dreary outside. the staff are always friendly and professional. Have been multiple times and would recommend it. Can be a bit of a wait if they are busy but that is more due to customer volume at peak times but worth waiting for. I like how the building is eco friendly, you can read about how on an information board out the front.

Cute little coffee shop to pop into after a walk to Reculver. Only had the hot chocolate but they seemed to have a good selection of drinks and treats. Good but quite pricey.

As a coffee lover myself, one of the nicest Flat whites I have tried in years and the mrs said she had the best hot chocolate too. Highly recommended
