The staff were helpful but overall this Costa is not a great experience. Many of the tables had dirty plates and mess from previous customers which seemed to have been building up for some time. The environment needs to be updated. It feels dingy and cramped. I've used it a couple of times on a Thursday night, whilst waiting for the kids, because there are very few other cafe options after 7pm.

Yesterday - 15th October- My wife and I were sat quietly having coffee in the Amersham store when the fire alarm sounded. We were all safely ushered out of the fire door and onto the car park pavement area. Staff member Josh was very attentive and apologetic offering to remake our cold or spoiled drinks. Approximately ten minutes later we had a new hot drink made without fuss by Aaron. I’d like to point out to the company and Management what a great advert for Costa Josh and Aaron we’re on this day. Many thanks both a great service which we really appreciated.

Amazing service, there a guy who works here who has fantastic service. Always greats me and asks about my day. Really genuine guy, he's a credit to the business. Also fast service and coffee is amazing. Althought store is located inside Tesco it's never too busy or overcrowded. Great covid measures in place too.

Staff can be very friendly (as during the Covid-19 restrictions staff were very friendly here, Thank you), and nice food and drink.

The Costa Coffee Shop inside Tesco Amersham Superstore is by far one of the best I have visited. Especially the staff is great, I can say they are perfect. They are very competent and are always smiling. They prepared my order in a very short time and were also careful about social distancing. Definitely recommend them!

It is nice place located in Tesco store. Staff is very helpful and you always feel welcome but place is very limited and you do not feel comfortable. There is no café feeling and you feel like you are sitting near the running crowd which defeat the whole purpose.

Excellent coffee and they aren't afraid to vary it up: they'll happily add feature flavours to different drinks not on the menu (mint cortado is the business) and they're always friendly and helpful.
