To the owner: If i were you i would completely re-staff, they will run your business into the ground otherwise. I am not the first person to say this, i have visited twice before months ago with both lovely experiences, yesterday was a complete disaster, two members of staff (the two females maybe late teens/early 20’s) have an awful attitude towards your customers, and their service.

Table service seems to of gone out the window, now apparently your coffee is self service, the young girl shouted “two cappuccinos” and expected us to collect the drinks.

My halloumi and roasted veg panini was a living joke, the veg was non existent (literally) and when i explained i wasn't happy to the older female member of staff she was lovely and said she would have it remade. The girl however who was the same member of staff to shout to collect the cappuccinos dropped the plate in front of me after it was “re-made” no apology at all, then spent 10 minutes staring at me from behind the counter. The two elderly ladies next to us even commented and were shocked, as well as a gentleman who muttered “wow what a lovely young lady amazing service” sarcastically!

The panini wasn't even toasted, it was a raw panini sliced in half, slice of halloumi, couple of bits of pepper, a slice of onion and cheap sweet chilli jam. Oh and wheres the salad you used to get? This is NOT how it used to be when it first opened. The deli food itself is delicious, the coffee is also delicious. But anything else is a disaster, and i can safely say we will not be returning!

Loved the experience!! Friendly staff servinf amazing quality food which felt was made from fresh ingredients. High quality coffee to top it up...

I strongly recommend to all of to come in basil sevenoks I am coming for my work to sevenoks I am travelling from London to sevenoks I always had my hot chocolate, smuthy and delicious lunch in basil they are so good spacily all of hard and strong working staff they are looking after us like they give it to us royal service always nice well come smile face from all of staff makes my day so beautiful 😍 many many thanks TripAdvisor

Shocked. Manager/owner needs a lesson in customer service-
Having only been there 20 minutes and having spent over £25 on coffees and food, ye decided to clear the table including some nearly full drinks. When I said we weren't finished I was told that 'people were waiting for a table' !!!!
Comical given we were waiting for hot food and a blueberry smoothie which was forgotten about!
Food great, but the Owner lacks any form of class and is only interested in making money with total disregard for customers. Very disappointing

Nice lunch, pretty busy and hard to get a table as it’s a bank holiday and other places are closed, but staff are friendly and trying their best!

I may have been influenced by the fact this was my first takeaway coffee this year, but they do a very, very good flat white. Interesting looking range of food, and very tempting cakes which I must come back to try when lockdown is over.

Wonderful little Cafe! We went in for breakfast and had the pancakes with blueberry and fruit compote, wholegrain toast and lots of coffee!
The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. It's a great place to grab a quick breakfast, a fantastic cup of coffee or a sweet treat!
