Starbucks

Great place for coffee. This outlet is new, and the staff are super friendly. I was here on a Sunday late afternoon. I wanted a decaf latte but ordered a normal latte instead. When I realised it and mentioned it to the staff (Sehar) she changed my order for me without a fuss.

5 star!!!

Queue had 3 people ahead of me, took 20 minutes to be served. When I placed my order, the staff took forever to process a simple caramel latte request. Waited another 10 minutes for my drink and there is no toilet. If you came here for a quick coffee before your train, you’re better off preparing a flask at home and taking it with you.

Wanted 15 mins to be served in a two person queue. The staff seem unbothered and untidy. And the flies! There’s flies behind the counter and around the food area. How’s this sanitary! Food safety poor. The manager on shift didn’t seem to care and slow! No motivation, no smile from anyone.

This place is nice near my the train station and bus station. but the downfall is it get so busy with a lots of teenagers and students chatting to loud and not even buying a single coffee . the management should implement customer only so at least thus real customer can get a bit of peace and enjoyment while sipping that lovely coffee.

The coffee is ok, as usual.

I like huge space. Nice.

Service I would say very slow and ONE PERSON DOING EVERYTHIG that's why the floor is dirty all table dirty and have got cups and other rubbish from previous customers.

There is no music and unhappy barista.

I expected better service from Starbucks.

I gave 3 stars because of location and atmosphere also good light from windows and furniture.

Ease hire someone who can help barista.

Staff not so friendly today. Pretty unhelpful. Tea was gross prefer Costa coffee experience. Tray and bring it over to people with children. In a tea pot. Milk on the side. So you can make the tea according to taste and preference. Instead I got dishwasher tea which tasted terrible . £2.50 I went home and made my own. Not something I will repeat at starbucks. Even the tescos cafe across the way does better tea and service.

Great place for coffee and work. Excellent ambience. I am definitely coming again !

Went in there to buy a caramel ice frappe and was served by Jay and Julia. Jay gave excellent customer service and Julia provided the best ice frappe with the extra drizzle as I requested. 5 stars!
