Caffè Nero

I would just like to say what a lovely, clean, presentable store Caffè Nero in Gerrards Cross is.

What makes this place of excellence so exceptional is the staff. They are friendly, welcoming and intelligent under the professional guidance of the young store manger. They are all a credit to the company.

If the day is hot or cold I would recommend dropping in to relax and soak up the friendly atmosphere whilst you enjoy your refreshing drink and meal.

Horrible rude staff Elouise 😩
We have been to this branch many time as staff here is generally very nice.
Elouise was rude as soon as we entered, she raised her voice that we are not allowed to order on app. So we ordered on counter.
We asked if we can get online Stamp when we asked for Stamp( as we wanted to get online stamp) she just again showed frustration and yelled again without listing to us and stamped a new card. But not explained why we can’t get online stamp.

We normally have second round of coffee and did it online as we wanted our stamp to be on app and not on card.
She gone so angry on me She had no patient to even explain without showing frustration that why can’t we we order on app and started giving reasons rudely.
but this time She made the worse cappuccino
in takeaway cup and dumped it on collection table and kept serving other people after me. and didn’t inform while I stood waiting for 5 min in front of her, even though I requested it to be made in a mug and not in takeway cup.
Later again yelled and said your coffee is there ..
She pointed rudely , When I asked where ?
Saying there is a sign for click & collect , which was hidden in front of cleaning bottles.

She made us feel so uncomfortable.

Excellent cafe staff are so friendly. Customers all ages, families, office workers, commuters from nearby train station, guests from local hotels & dog walkers as dog friendly to well behaved pet dogs & allowed inside if well behaved. Ideal for take aways to go to sit on the local common or if taking children to the play area there. Some free outside parking & pay & display car parks near. Best is the staff who are very cheery & friendly.

Great team, shout out to Simona. This branch has definitely improved over the last few years. Probably at its best at the moment, the area manager is very good so hats off to him too. Just 1 possible improvement : the dogs are allowed in but now they rule!!!! 1 was eati g on the sofa dribbling everywhere, whilst another one nearly bit a child. They also often bark. I don't blame the dogs but the owners who have no control over them. So perhaps Nero look into it.

staff & coffee are amazing, shout out to the brilliant managers but these are the kind of disgusting people that come in here. in general, serving these people is the most disgusting experience as people of gx are rude, entitled and disgusting human beings. granted there are lovely customers but it is unfathomable as to how putrid some of them are. shame on you disgusting people who think it's okay to leave tables like this or speak to staff with entitlement. go check yourselves before anything else, absolutely disgraceful beings put on this earth for nothing good, no wonder kids these days are the way they are, look at their parents

A nice coffee shop and cafe in the centre of Gerrards Cross. They serve a wide range of drinks both hot and cold, together with tasty pastries and other savoury food.

Best coffee shop in the High Street, excellent staff and service.
