Always dirty tables, no napkins, semi warm paninis, only come here if you are desperate. Drinks are nice if they have what you actually want in stock.

Starbucks has Aircon but it didn't feel like it was in use. It was DIY cleaning, as usual. I asked for a plate and fork for my cake but there weren't any. After waiting a good long while I was asked what I had ordered. A woman that arrived after me complained about waiting. She was asked what she ordered and the server, not bothering to read the ticket name, offered her my daughter's large drink instead of her own medium. When a server asked what size drink I was waiting for I gave the ticket name, but was told that didn't help as they had lost the ticket. I gave the receipt and they finally made the drink from that. Generally pleasant staff, plenty of them, but poor service for the premium price.

Staff is very rude and they don't seems to enjoy their job at all. Paid £8.50 for two lattes in a take away cup what we had to "enjoy on a sticky dirty coffee table. We won't come back here again....

The service was good and everything else was fine, I got a warm chocolate and my wife got a cold chia tea latte. A bit of a let down.

Lovely coffee shop with the typical rustic look of Starbucks but poor heating system; it can often feel chilly inside.

Coffee is good, but the staff at this Starbucks are so friendly and helpful. Probably the best Starbucks drive thru I’ve ever been to. Quality.

Lovely Starbucks. Was my first time going in a Starbucks today and I'm glad I went to this one. Everyone seemed very happy and the customer service was great. Would go there again. Also got some colour changing cups
