Starbucks Coffee

Nice & comfy place to have a coffee. It have 2 floors. Staff is really helpful and the place is kept neat and tidy

Alright so I’m from New York traveling abroad to the UK in the East South of Kent and I’m a big fanatic of Starbucks back at home. I’ve missed iced coffee since I been here. So I came into the shop today and let me tell you it was the best I could ever imagine! To the amazing cashier Jenny, who was absolutely great at making the drink after showing her on my phone of what I drink back at home!!! LIKE OMG WHAT?! IT WAS REALLY BETTER THAN BACK AT HOME IN NEW YORK!! 🙃🙂💯 Thank you so much Jenny!! Jenny was an outstanding, energetic, kindness, and absolutely amazing employee! If I were her boss, she would have gotten a high raise and employee of the month!! P.S. Jenny, keep up writing your books!!

Great service. Came in with my friend from New York who wanted an American Starbucks drink made. A lovely lady called Jenny was very helpful and made it. Let me tell you Jenny’s drink was better tasting then the American one! She was professional and went above and beyond. A big thank you also to a kind smiling face Franco who was helpful too. Will visit again very soon thank you!

Drinks good but I do hate it when they put tape across the menu saying out of stock its a big brand so why no stock? Staff friendly, not much hard sell to buy a large rather then the requested medium.

Went to Starbucks as no seating available at Costa that afternoon. Used to be a regular but I remembered why I don't go there anymore the moment we walked in.

Prices are way higher than any other coffee shop, atmosphere is depressing and uninviting, chairs are uncomfortable and it's just not a nice pace to sit, relax and have a nice coffee.

That being said, my Caramel Macchiato was yummy.

But back to Costa I'm afraid.

Coming here since day one. Always has a great team.
Always good coffee.
