Great coffee and friendly service by a knowledgeable barista. Serves sustainable, eco-friendly coffee with either regular or vegan milk for cappuccinos. Tasty looking pastries and an array of decent sandwiches.

Really friendly girl serves me on a Monday. Lovely staff in general - only ever had one problem with one of the male staff, but that hasn’t happened since. Great coffee. Food is expensive for what is it and the more and more vegan options are getting a little annoying (I really miss when I could get my daily KitKat with my morning coffee!!), but in general, the food isn’t too bad. Pleasant shop, needs a bit of a make over, but it’s fine for the quick convenience of it all. Overall, pretty decent station coffee place.

DISGUSTING AND RUDE ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS!! WITNESSED THE OWNER ACCUSING A POOR WOMAN OF SHOPLIFTING A COOKIE VERY RUDELY. SHE CAME OFF AS VERY AGGRESIVE OVER A BLOOMING BISCUIT. THE YOUNG GIRL WAS SHOCKED AND SAID VERY CLEARLY SHE HAD NOT TAKEN ANYTHING. THE OWNER SHOULDVE GOTTEN HER FACTS RIGHT AND THE LEAST SHE COULD'VE DONE WAS APOLOGISE!

Rude lady on the counter. She wouldn't give the student discount as "they stopped three months ago so the prices won't go up". A nonsense motivation. Such a shame given the absurd prices: 3.20 for a white americano. Coffee was also full to the brim and I've nearly scalded myself. Quality went downhill recently, the other lady was usually friendlier and more competent. I suggest a staff turnover.

The penalties of hipster gentrification; a massive shock at the prices at Gourmet Coffee Bar & Kitchen (Loughborough). There is nothing at all special about them to justify their prices. Fortunately we were just passing through and won't make the same mistake.

Lovely member of staff serving me but £2.35 for a 250ml can of juice because the station can't set up a vending machine properly? I'd get embarrassed to ask for that much considering the vending machine prices outside are half of the price and still a rip off at that!

The station management can't be bothered to set up a coffee machine or Grab-and-Go food on the platforms, so it's Gourmet's most expensive cup of coffee, ever. You'd need a brass neck to charge well over £3 for a takeaway Latte, but they have brass neck in spades at Gourmet on Loughborough railway station.
