Not bad. The only problem is this store is a franchise so we can’t use Starbucks app or card in here. But nice place and good vibes tho.

A pleasant place to sit outside and have your coffee. I love my frappichino with caramel, coffee and cream on top and am so fussy about it, but they did it exactly how I wanted. So, 4 star for that. However, the customer service is a bit slow, they are young and they customer care aren't 100%.

We sat outside and enjoyed a pumpkin Spice latte. A lovely coffee and a nice seating area outside to enjoy your coffee.

Drinks weren't made well, initial service was far but then staff were busy chatting to each other whilst leaving drinks half finished on the side for a few minutes, only one seemed fully trained and was super helpful and polite unlike the other three.

Staff looked bored , no meaningful interaction with customers. Lady in front of me was not english and only had cash the girl taking the order was so grumpy, huffed and puffed but did take the cash (card only store). Staff need to be more tolerant.

Never enough parking here, make sure you go early. I find it best to go when there's no "deals events" such as black Friday. Overall a good place to visit and do your shopping for gifts etc.

Dull & expensive, typical American, tasteless & lousy, just brown water with foam, a lot of foam, just air & nothing else. It'd have better if I was a tyre but I don't require that much foam in my belly.

Many people, nice clothes, there is places to eat and drink is good service and fresh as well and diferentes stores to visit and toilet is acceptable clean.
