Yorks Cafe - The Neighbourhood - Leamington Spa

Waited 30 minutes for a lukewarm cup of coffee and tea. To their credit, they refunded the drinks. But not worth the time or money. Especially not worth the COVID risk.

I requested a peppermint and lime iced tea. It arrived without sugar. I asked if I can change my order. They refused and said I would have to pay to change my order. I wasn't informed that they don't have syrup before ordering.
Poor service and hospitality.
