Costa Coffee

Went to this particular branch of Costa today have to say the staff were friendly helpful and efficient Roy/ray I think his name is was so good at running the counter area he was so good with the two young coffee servers he offered a gentleman an alternative to the product he required as he didn't have the original product. The wait times were minimal 2 minutes the most he even informed the customers of the wait times

Twice we have been in this week and it's been exceptional service, staff have gone above and beyond. They have been friendly, polite and smiling. Thank you!

Coffee was nice but the cheese and ham toasties was horrible. Bread was stale and it had the most awful ham I've ever eaten, so bad I couldn't eat it.

Bought a microwave on line collected next day. Ok purchase and quick Enouhh pick up. Stalff helpful

I don't usually go for Costa, but my experience at this branch has been exceptional. Friendly staff, tasty food & drink.

It's OK but we have been to better Costa Coffees.

Many of the tables had not been cleared, including the one we sat at meaning we had to remove the previous customers cups and plates. It was quite busy though so perhaps that's why.

Service was slower than some, however it looked like one of the staff was undergoing training.

The person who served us was pleasant and friendly and told us that we had accrued one free drink on our Costa reward card.

Good Costa. Food, drink and service all better than anticipated.
