The coffee is perfect and my partner just loves their Sicilian Lemon Muffins. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Good break before continuing shopping

What a miserable experience..rude and grumpy staff,after waiting to even attract their attention they were so rude we walked out without even ordering..grim atmosphere and dirty tables..never go there again

Ordered costa on deliveroo when it arrived and I had taken of the plastic seal there was only half a cup of coffee.

Poor service. The staff doesn't actually know what's on the menu so I always have to point (to the menu behind them). They always get my order wrong and it's just become unpleasant to visit unfortunately. Took my mother in law out for a coffee and we ended up with just one coffee, because the staff that asked me twice what I wanted didn't realise that two people would drink two coffees. "You want two... you have to pay for that.". Well I did, you just didn't give me two... get some training. And please repeat the order back to the customer.

Quite dirty in comparison to other Costas. The staff got our order wrong and after we politely pointed out that it was the wrong drink we were told “you’ll just have to take that one” and given a sarcastic “thank you” very rude staff who clearly haven't been taught about providing good quality customer service. I won’t visit again.
