Costa Coffee

For it's size, this coffee shop is one of the busiest (therefore popular) I've known. Staff are always friendly and polite in what is, evidently, a very testing setting. They can't be faulted. For it's traffic, I could imagine their turnover might comfortably cover an extra set of hands and perhaps a makeover/more customer centric layout. There do regularly seem to be new faces behind the counter, admittedly this observation may be coincidental.

Good cafe when not full so there are seats available. A bit pricey but not excessive. A good range of snacks. Needs more tables put outside when the sun's out.

Use this coffee shop regularly for my morning coffee. Shop seems to have gone down hill recently and is very unclean it was also closed when visiting on today (Sunday) for a midday coffee. Unusual as this is open usually and no signs for reasons why. It used to be a very good store. Will be going elsewhere to support locally from now on.

Busy costa friendly staff but as will all the costa I seem to vist the toilets need a good sorting updating they always look so terrible .

Love Costa coffee better than its rival shop

Nice friendly staff, clean and tidy premises. One of the staff (there were 2 working) carried my tray over because of my mobility issues. She also came over to my table a few times to ask if I wanted anything else. Costa prices are high but the staff were worth their weight in gold.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming - the store is very spacious and open plan, and there is always room on the outdoor seating if there isn't anything indoors. The staff ensure the tables are cleaned regularly, and quickly after each customer, whereas other Costas I've been to there are dirty trays laying about for ages.

Recommend the large hot chocolate with soya milk and marshmallows!
