Costa Coffee

Normally really love this place but after being humiliated in front of all the customers waiting for their coffee and spoken down to about signing the back of my card (which I take responsibility for) by a woman short blonde hair no fringe, I already had my hands full trying to hold my toddler and a woman offered to buy my coffee out of sympathy. Maybe it was a bad busy day for them but no one should be treated like that.

Staff slow, cleaned our own table. Order took ages. Mushroom and spinach roll was over cooked and not much filling.

Very disappointed to turn up and found a scrappy note on door saying they were closing at 3pm ..when advertised closure is 4pm ! Not the first time either- shan't go there again. Will wait for the new one to open at Brook Retail park

Usual Costa experience. Good service, polite staff, hot coffee and on this occasion, a lovely hot festive sandwich.

I've drank in a fair few Costas and they are all pretty similar.
This one is: Clean.
Not too crowded and with seating both inside and out.
Close to other shops.

Not too happy on this visit only serving ice drinks, tea and americano. No Christmas coffees very disappointed. Experience spoilt. Taking too long to repair machines.

Nice friendly staff, excellent service. First time I've had my glass warmed and the cake was fresh and very yummy. Best service I've had so far of all my Costa visits 👍😊

Despite having 4 staff working behind the counter, they seemed to have no system and there was a ridiculously long queue out to the door.

Tea was good and the cup was pre-warmed; which was a nice touch.

Table clearing was random and sporadic. I had to clear my own and none of the staff seemed interested in clearing them, even when they came and brought food to tables.
