Coffee Room

Just purchased large hot chocolate, paid extra charge for oat milk. Now on route to London with large coffee that I don’t drink. Additionally cannot risk even if I did as allergic to cow milk. Would have simply called but unable to locate number or way of contacting. They were very busy

Excellent service from Darren who suggested I add a sandwich to my order of coffee and crisps for a modest additional sum which I did considering the discount if all three items were bought separately. The icing on the cake was that Darren and other staff members were polite and courteous and readied my meal in a timely fashion.

I went in there during a busy lunch time on a weekend. There was a queue as everyone was waiting to catch the high speed train. The staff were very fast and professional. The service was very good as they managed to serve everybody before that train arrived. Will definitely go there again.

I was served by Ash today. I stop in this cafe on a regular basis to grab a coffee and sometimes a sandwich. Ash was really lovely and friendly. I am normally served by Rose who is always very quick and efficient at making coffees especially when it's busy. Although I must admit most of the time, Rose is so task focused that she forgets to smile which is a bit of a shame. But overall always a nice experience and lovely coffee:)

I use this coffee room every day before I carch my train. The lady on the till is super efficient and her colleagues are very kind and friendly. They are always smiling and chatting and their coffee tastes nice. I highly recommend this place

Ash and rose very helpful amazing attitude towards all works excellent customer care , quick responses early in the morning. Polite most definitely the best customer care I have come across

I purchased a coffee from the white, middle aged Scottish lady that had a bun in her hair and found her to be rude and argumentative.

My last review was deleted. I hope that the management can ensure she is trained in customer service properly so that she does not ruin other paying customers mornings with her rudness.

Great little shop that has what you need to keep you going, I had the honour of having Ash and Rose serve me today whom were both lovely and smiley. Would recommend 10/10. Merry Christmas
