Starbucks Coffee

Messy, Unorganized and endlessness is just not good enough.

Staff are okay, Not very welcoming. Some even make you feel like they are doing you a massive favor for making a coffee.

Doesn't even feel like Starbucks!!!

Good options to eat as well along with regular offerings. Nice setup and ample space to sit and relax. Service was slow on Sunday though.

Personally I’m not a great fan of Starbucks! I don’t usually go to Starbucks it’s only when Costa’s or Caffè Nero is not open that’s the time I enter Starbucks and that’s only during odd hours. I always get the same drink nd that’s Americano. Now here is the thing when you go to certain Starbucks locations their staff is really rude and filled with too much attitude that the reason now I just go to this and if I am not in this area It seems as though Starbucks are forgetting that customer service and respect is the basis of any business. The locations are now making bad cups of coffee, being disrespectful to customers, and if you complain they have a nerve to want to argue with you. The managers are just as unprofessional as the baristas so if I need coffee then I would rather have some cold water cause some of their staff really makes me upset. I can understand where they are coming from.

But overall At this particular store the customer service is also great. Will make the coffee as you wish. Even willing to help you decide what you want or try come close. The baristas are nice. The place is clean. The food is okay. Pastries are Great. So I think that if you have not gone to Starbucks before you should definitely try!!!!!!

Three stars purely for the service. The girl there was really sweet.

The coffee was okay. The pastries and muffins are super dry and didn't taste good. McDonald's next door has better food and probably coffee just as good.

First time I spelled my name to a starbucks member and they wrote it correctly, without hesitation and idiotic remarks, like why is it like that. Thanks to Madalina and the team behind her the queue had been diminished within minutes and I had my delicious strawberry and cream in my hand.

Love the coffee and Frappuccino compared to any other coffee shops!!!😍😍 the ambience is good. You can spend some lone time or with company!! Their snacks are also good! Their app is not friendly..

First the positive points, nice place and good ambiance and nice staff. On the negative side coffee and cold drinks are not up to the mark sadly. I ordered a coconut cool drink and it was just horrible as something had gone off in it. Frappuccino was full
of ice and did not have much taste Hot drink was ok but I have had better. I think the cool drinks need to improve or the coffee baristas need more training.

I ordered a breakfast wrap n coffe ..they just delivered coffee only..try to call store closed temporarily...really annoying..😖
