Good coffee, friendly service. Seating not cramped and comfortable. Preparing coffee takes too long thought. Two trainee Batista's and one other member of staff caused a queue of 8-10 people, a queue that never seemed to become any shorter. Training on the job is fine but make other staff available to manage the number of clients.

Nice location and relatively clean but the queue was really lengthy as they only had 1 staff member serving and 2 others seemingly cleaning tables that weren't really dirty. The server was gracious enough to apologise for the long wait and took something off the bill.

The toilets were shut off for a decent period (they didn't have staff to clean them periodically between customers). Need more staff actually serving but overall, the food and drinks were nice when we got them.

One of the best coffee shops in the town. The taste is authentic like other stores across London and other cities. I have been using their app for while and it is much easier to use vouchers and find the nearest cafe. I would say they provide one of the best mocha.

This café has recently been refurbished and has an improved, more modern layout. Unfortunately, there is no longer any outside seating. The coffee is very good and the cakes are OK, if a little expensive. There is often a queue at busy times of day, or when it's raining. Well worth a visit.

Will go again. I only popped in to get take-away coffee, but I was struck by how friendly the service was. Andrea, the store manager was lovely and helpful. You can tell she genuinely cares and puts her heart in it. The coffee was wonderful too! Thank you.

Had a delight experience, great food, good price. Children were very happy. Lovely mocha and was happy to see fresh water avaliable as well as bottled sold. So much nicer than Costa.

A very wet day, and shops had not yet opened so a breakfast sausage bap and a coffee kept me warm and occupied while waiting for the shops. Service was quick, food and coffee were excellent. Atmosphere was not much, due to weather and very few people about as it was early. Will visit again.

Cinnamon swirl latte and a slice of Tirisimu all by myself! A little bit of peace and quite. Drink was free too. Staff were super friendly. Cake was yummy. Restaurant was clean.
