I work close by to this costa. I go in every so often, I have probably bought 3 coffees in a year since working in this location as they never have oat milk. Today I was told to go to Farnham common (which by the way is a fantastic costa with great service and an endless supply of oat milk) Stoke poges costa has terrible management and awful service by the team. There is a reason why we have coffee shops in different locations, the idea is to provide the same service across the country for convenience, not to send your customer to Farnham common for your convenience. Change of management needed ASAP!!!!

The cafe needs a heat blower down from the door as everytime the door is opened coldair comes into the cafe and you need a coat on!

Arrived Saturday morning after 08:30 and store was closed and unmanned tables and chairs were outside but door locked.

Since we've discovered this Costa place awhile back this became our place where we spend time for our coffee morning date which mostly on a Friday. The staff were so friendly and excellent service. The place is clean and tidy. They've just started opening up for seating in options too under with government restrictions guidelines. It is also comes in a handy where it's literally close to other shops and post office. Highly recommend this place if you were looking for a great place to have your coffee time.

The slowest service of any coffee place I've ever visited. The coffee is good but only go here if you have 20 mins available to wait to be served. Hugely understaffed and massively frustrating.
