Caffè Nero

This place is filthy. Not one clean table to sit at. Junk everywhere and its first thing in the morning. Clearly last shift did not tidy and neither did the one just started. Totally put me off my massively overpriced coffee and will certainly not come again

A place where everybody knows your name ... felt like being in an episode of Cheers, Anna was really friendly, made brilliant frap, exceptional service from her. Great place to chill with family after shopping. Social distancing put in place ... Must ask for Anna by name, made our experience exceptional. Thank you

Good coffee and selection of snacks, pretty standard as far as Nero quality goes. The staff here are always friendly and attentive. The main downside is that there often seems to be a lack of staff here and seeing only one person working the counter is not uncommon at least for the times that I have been here. As such there is often a queue and a bit of a wait before you can order (10 or so minutes in my experience) so if you are in a rush maybe look elsewhere.

Enjoyed the coffee. Service a bit slow, only one server. The café is very open, so very cold . Not very comfortable on a cold day.

First time using the Caffè Nero at the Galleria and it was a pleasant experience, the staff was excellent very chatty, polite & helpful. Did not think the coffee was as good as the nearby Costa but would use it again.

Just stopped for a coffee. I didn't like what i ordered and not much wheat free choice of food so i wasn't too happy. Was a bit hangry.
