Starbucks Coffee

Been a few times now, every time they've been out if stock of different items so only have a percentafe if the menu available.
Drink was nice when I got it though. Easy to get to, convenient location and car park.

Always an issue whenever we go to this Starbucks drive thru. Sadly it’s our nearest one. Never have anything in stock it seems and have never got the right order.

On multiple occasions they have declined our cash payments even though we have paid several times with cash at other Starbucks. Just very poorly managed.

This drive through always has an issue. Mostly it’s card machines are down so it’s cash only. Ironic given the signs are up for ‘ we’re going cashless soon’ .
The drive through either has a sign up saying not working , the speaker is broken or no card payments.

Staff wise there’s some nice people but I did ask to borrow some scissors to clip a tag of my lads toy ( don’t normally go inside but the drive through wasn’t working and I have twins 3.5 so took the toy in to distract them ) and her reply was “ if you don’t steal them”. Nice.

Overall I think I’ve spent about £300 over the years there. Today was my last visit. It’s just overpriced, badly organised, rude and just defies what a quick and way coffee should be.

No one reads the see reviews , no one cares, large corporations do not care at all and so it’s all a bit pointless 😆

Always seem to not have the latest drinks ingredients and possibly unaware of the difference between blonde roast and normal. Nearly every use of the drive through has come with disappointment

Good coffee comfortable seating. Slow service as a walk in as they concentrate on the drive thru customers even ones after you. The walls around the seating area need a wipe down and the tables are sometimes neglected from being cleared. All in all a nice Starbucks but needs some attention to hygiene of the customer seating area.

Decided to pop in for an evening drink once rush hour had finished, we usually use the drive through. Although the staff are friendly and drinks service is great the tables were a little grubby, I’ve been in a few times since the summer and the walls next to the seating have the same stains on them for the last six months.

Called in for a hot drink as we had been working outside on that day, que for the drive thru was long so decided to go inside and have a sit down, not too busy inside, served almost straight away but still had a 15 minute wait for our drinks, don't know what the issue was, short staffed or the drive thru prioritising orders, there were people still waiting when we'd finished our drinks who'd been stood there for a lot longer than us😮, still, nice latte, but won't be waiting that long again.

Dropped in for hot chocolates & buns.
Usual clean, tidy with pleasant service.
