Starbucks Coffee

Went this morning after a early trip to the Supermarket.
The place was clean very COVID safe. The cabinet was full with different varieties of sandwiches, cakes and pastries. I ordered gingerbread latter and my daughter had a cinnamon hot chocolate and a cheese toasties.
The lady that served was lovely very polite repeated my order. The lady on the other side making the drinks was very rude.

I have never been to a place in recent times that was sooooo dirty. The staff were more concerned about the tables getting wet in the rain, rather than cleaning the tables so that customers could sit and drink their drinks. As for the floor, I concluded that it had not been swept in a while and that I would rather eat on my journey. Staff attitudes could also be something to look at by the management. I left and went on my way. Ugh not going back 😒.

Loved the ambience at this place such a lovely branch with lovely staff.. Especially Fiza who served me.. was so polite and professional offered me some great options and helped me with my choice which I loved.. Free parking which is a bonus.

Totally disorganized. Poor quality food and drink and very expensive. Toilets filthy! Much prefer Cafe Nero at Next, but lift out of order and my wife cannot come with stairs

Slightly slow service but extremely busy. Very very polite and the staff are hard working. Coffee was delicious

Filthy seats, limited food selection worst of all my £4.45 hot chocolate tasted like water. Macdonald's 99p hot chocolate tops it by far. The staff are sweet but that's the last time I'll spend a fiver on hot water.
