I ordered choco praffe. It's delicious. free wifi available.

Don't bother they probably won't be able to make your drink.
Incredibly slow service, I waited for 15 minutes in the queue for them to say they have no strawberry syrup so can't make the drink.
Yesterday they had no mango syrup... maybe order more stock before you run out? Waste of time!

Ordered a decaf Flat White with soya milk (due to medical reasons can't have caffeine nor normal milk) and a black americano.

Got a caffeinated lumpy poor excuse for a cappuccino. Barista complained all the way how he didn't like making drinks with milk derivatives. He also managed to burn the coffee on the very week americano.

Mind as a trained barista myself we go to Costa every other week for a treat. For the money you pay for the drinks we expect quality and attention to detail. Very disappointed.

What has happened to this place. The staff have all gone from when I visited in August. They were really quick and efficent. There is a woman who maybe new but looks like she does not know what she is doing. A male in charge who keeps on shouting loudly when he talks. Really annoying. The tables are left and when cups are removed the surfaces are not cleaned. Not a patch on what it use to be.

This costa is lovely it has easy accessable dissabled toilet it isnt squashed wirh tables so you can get in and out with buggies and wheelchairs the staff are really friendly and they have a nice selection of food and drinks all round a lovely experience.

Place didn’t open till later but I asked to go the toilet 10 mins before opening and the nice man let me. Also had a lovely Chai Latte.

Needed the floor swept and some tables to be cleared and wiped down. Coffee, etc was up to the usual good standard.
