Great selection of pastries and danishes, quick service with a smile and comfortable seating.

…this is my local Costa, and it seems every time I go inside there’s always something who goes wrong, either by they don’t have the “goods” to work with or they do things wrongly. Always ask for small hot chocolate in a take away cup not so hot,sorry but that’s the way I like it, all other Costa’s can do it for me no problem. This one they allways give me my drink in a stay inside cup a super hot, most of the times they don’t have marshmallows,and like today I asked for toast,and the asnwer is,”only next week” This looks like bad management,even if is not the same bread,I would like if they went the extra mile,they could went to a local bread shop purchased some bread,and at least we would have some toast. I love Costa but this branch “streatham” have lots to improve.

I did some mistake because i didn't know that was someone before me on the queue when i realised that i apologise the Marie from costa and the person was waiting and I offered if i could pay a drink to her. Marie from coast made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated with her reaction and i said i just want a good customer service experience that i didn't have from her, because her expression and reaction even I apologise the next person in the queue. Everything was going okay because when I arrived the table was with leftover from the last customer, but the guy came to clean that was very nice from him and he offered a cup She can't hinder your work

Slow service. Just over 10 minutes on a Cortado. Walked out after paying and seeing the barista pour some of the drink away before trying to serve it to me.

I paid to not drink the drink someone was about to serve... And I'm happy.

Visited on Tuesday. Has a welcoming atmosphere, but unfortunately the table we sat at had the residues of the last patron. 😕 W e only had hot drinks.

I’ve just had for first time the worse experience of my life at the Streatham Costa Coffee. Poor service and awful service by this guy. And because I recommend to change his job if he didn’t like this one he told me to shut up or leave the place, he even burned the previous customer sandwich and the other employee had to re-do another one.

I didn’t catch this person’s name but with the photo, time and date you can review it on your work time schedule. I hope the manager can do something about.

And for this guy, If you’re struggling or having a bad time, got to the restroom and take some time off and deal with it, but is not my or any other customers’ fault so me/us don’t have to pay for it, receiving bad services.

The customer service is good, and I enjoyed my usual hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows.

However, I couldn't help but notice that this Costa Coffee is smaller than other Costa Coffee shops, with fewer tables. Maybe they still have social distancing in mind; if so, not a problem, you can relax without having a stranger too close to you.

Main road costa,go-to now brixton branch has permanently closed. Staff could be a little quicker and more attentive,always have to re-re-repeat orders in there.
