Bean there, Drank That! Cafe

I've "bean" waiting for a proper coffee shop to open at West Drayton station for yonks so pretty stoked on this making my commute more chill. It's not the Ritz or anything but serves Costa Coffee standard lattes.

A great convenient coffee place located right outside of West Drayton Station. I had a small cup of latte and ham & cheese panini.

Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a quick bite and drink before getting into work. They are using instant coffee machine but it still taste decent and is relatively cheap. Great customer service and a very welcoming atmosphere.

This place includes a loyalty program where you can get a free cup of coffee after 5 transactions.

I don’t like giving a poor review but that really was an awful coffee. Seems like they are well reviewed so maybe just a one off?

Response: I visited Saturday 6th august circa 3pm. I ordered a flat white but, it was very bitter and watery. I couldn’t drink it. Do you sometimes use instant? As I say, hopefully just a one off.

Very tasty pastry and great aromatic espresso. Small and cosy place great while passing by West Drayton station. Friendly and very welcoming staff.

Fooled by stock photos of latte art on their website into expecting a professional, independent coffee shop. In reality this is a depressing dump with terrible coffee, and very odd customer service, be warned!

It isn't barista coffee. They have a 'proper' coffee machine but also an automatic machine, which is the one they use. Very disappointing.
