Very nice and convenient outlet with good selections of almost all types of coffees , sandwiches and pastries, excellent service , very fast and professional staff .
I highly recommend it .

£25 monthly subscription works here. Although no smoothies. Crowded at times, though efficient. Hot and cold sandwiches counter.

The worst service I’ve ever had. Seems they don’t care at all about customer service. I love pret and periodically ordering food there, but it’s one disappointed me

Staff at 5:30 in the morning were less awake than I was. T2 staff in queue noticed as I did that all (I literally mean all) of the Pastries were burnt and I overheard them say this was now a regular issue. It’s the worst prey experience I have had. Manager of this site needs to reconsider who they recruit and how well they train the team on customer service

Many options for on the go meal and drinks. They have salads, cold sandwiches and hot sandwiches as well as other items. I had a hot croissant with cheese and meat and it was lovely. They have many juice options and a coffee bar. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I normally enjoy Pret’a coffee but the one I had at the Terminal 2 was way much bad experience.

I went for “Oat + extra shot + wet latte” and it was not even close to standard taste. Plus, the lid was dirty.

Many travellers are in a rush, they are not regulars, and airport tastes seem trash in most cases, you’re fully fit in this description.

Lots of choices for food And drinks to go. I really like that they offer warm food to go. The prices are quite high.
I personally thought the mac and cheese was flavorless and a disappointment for almost £7.

Customer service is poor. Workers are all over the place and can't handle or manage service during busier times. Workers need training on their behaviours and manners.
