Perfect place for light dinner and tasty desserts and hot drinks. They have dedicated tables for study and work. Prices are affordable and the ambience is moderately fine.

This is a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family.
Service is good and quick.
Menu is plentiful, lot of options to choose from. Reasonably priced.
Last week , I had need here with ny lil one and my friend. We ordered milkshakes and coffee and everything was upto the mark.
I felt the quantity of milkshake was too much but it kept me full for next 3-4 hrs.
Must visit place. Highly recommend.

A good vibe !

Spanish rose latte cold is a must try!

Not very peaceful because it’s inside mall so lot of buzzing.
Friendly staff!

I hope with the upcoming move you will have comfortable seating. Food is good, but the only good seats are the two couches as you walk in. You are not allowed to read at these seats. Another thing I noticed is people bring their own food in and sit on these 2 couches. Very low class and tacky to do this. I end up going to Starbucks because seats are good.

Great decor. The staff is very hard working. Coffee is not up to my standards😅, I drank much better coffee at Kahalia or Rubio🤭 Coffee beans need to be upgraded. The milk also needs to be a special creamy milk.😁

Whether it's early morning espresso to wake oneself up, a brunch of porridge and turkey and egg bagels, a solid lunch of grilled toastie sandwiches or late night post dinner / cinema trip dessert, Bru in At George's, Harrow has you covered.

Just a quick summary with more details to follow for now. Their exceptional speed, friendly manner, desire to always go above and beyond as baristas and team members leaves a positive feeling when sitting inside or taking away, encouraging so many repeat customers. Some or them are from further afield and make a specific trip to Harrow just to sit back, relax, chill out and soak up the positive energy and familial, friendly vibes.

Now a local regular, myself, too. The managers Melinda, Nitin and GM/owner, Vikas, lead by examples always placing the customer journey and great service experience above all else. Never do you ordinarily see hospitality management pitch in and contribute as much as their peers and mates. Erika, Evi, Pratik, Anjali, Fyllénia, Bhavisha, Maggie all make pleasant first impressions, are highly skilled and efficient baristas plus are personable, empathetic, warm and act with kindness. Even in the face of some intense delivery drivers and arrogant customer stressors. They make Brü feel welcoming and homely, to everyone who steps through the doorway. Even when it's ten minutes before closing, at 10PM, on a Tuesday. There can be no higher compliment of a food and drinks outlet, than that.

Overall it's a 10/10 place to bring friends family and feel safe, or some new work mates, or just to chill, unwind and switch off from the outside world with a heartwarming drink and a good old book.

If you're in central Harrow you have to hit up BRÜ COFFEE, within St. George's Shopping centre. You won't be disappointed.

The asian lady need a proper training. I ordered a rose tea and she gave me a black tea with a dirty mug. When I asked her for another mug she gave me a broken mug. She is very rude and she never smile to the customers. 4 people on the counter, nobody on the floor. Tables was sticky and dirty.
In hospitality the customers service skills are so important.
The owner pay 4 people on the shift for nothing. Never again in this place.
