Great spot to kill time pre-flight. Comfy chairs, ample tables, and delicious coffee. Quite a few food options...both sandwiches as well as baked goods.

Staff with attitude
Dont't return the correct change
Im not stingy not to leave a tip
Yet i prefer it be at my own accord, not by obligation
When asked for why there is no vegan options got accused i can't read 😆
This place is lucky to have customers with such customer service
Only reason would be convenience and scarcity of other options around
The plant based option i got was super dry and hard to swallow
No sauce

Friday afternoon I tried the Nero coffee at Heathrow T2 and I do Love Neros, and my first visit to this one. A really nice place, big inside and open with a great design with comfortable seating and a few tables at the front,very clean with fresh filtered water to help yourself with coffee. Has all the usual things that Nero would have and you would expect such as sandwiches cakes pastries the lot. This one is big and specious it’s super comfortable whilst you wait for a relative to arrive in the arrivals just sit back and relax. On this occasion the coffee was fine not too bitter and hot. Perfect.

We had a cappuccino, which we liked. We were a little overwhelmed to choose one between the different types of milk, we were not aware that there are so many different varieties. But worked out well in the end.

Ordered a hot drink and asked to fill a flask with hot water for our baby's formula and they wanted to charge us for hot water.. are you serious! We patronized your establishment all through our holiday in London. This would have been a five star review otherwise. Please train your staff to be more courteous to your patrons.

Been twice here. Usually the first place I go to after landing in London! Had a nice cuppa coffee! The place is spacious enough to accommodate airline passengers with their big bags and wait. They could have some more items on their menu like sandwiches etc, They mostly have muffins, shortbread, cookies and biscuits. Coffee ☕ is excellent! The tables weren't clean though. Recommended!

Was working in T3 went to get something to eat, I was in a long queue, personally I think there should be a separate que for Heathrow staff as we don't get a long break, the chai latte was watery, disappointing as I didn't have time to take it back !! Spent £+10.50 for 3 items.

It's my overall favourite coffee shop location of all the Heathrow terminals
