Caffè Nero

I had the best experience here! The barrista was amazing! He made me the best Frap ever and when he saw that I was having trouble eating the cream with the straws he personally came and brought me a teaspoon. He was incredibly smiley and cheered my day! Would definitely recommend this Nero!

The shop is very peaceful, tidy and customer service is good. When I was there they let a wheelchair user order first and that made me happy because staff is attentive. The frappes are delicious as always ^^

At the beginning of the this week I went to this store for a coffee after a long day of shopping and saw. Very happy with the service and quality of coffee served. The gentleman and women girl working were really nice and respectful to all customers, however an ignorant costumer who was confused of his order wanted to create problems and wanted to argue with the lady.
The lady was very polite and respectful and offered him free coffee despite him being a d..k...d.

You probably had bad day at home with your Mrs or family member or probably got personal issues. This is one of the best store in the area and I have been visiting this store over 6 years and the people over here are most welcoming and nice people.

One of the best stores and the women working at this store is very professional and got happy attitudes and welcoming behavior!

I have been there 2 times and love the staff, serving everyone with respect and appreciation. The lady working at this store is very good and kind. I will be coming here again in the future. ❤️

Worst customer service. All seats, tables, sofas are very dirty and unhygienically maintained. Complete poor maintenance of the environment. Staff is very rude. Eventhough there is eat in cups they are reluctant to serve because they need to wash. There is one sub section of the store at the end is little ok on tables and they are not proving access to that

Came in to have a meeting with my friend. Before order decided to wash my hands. Met (as he introduced himself) a manager who didn’t allow me to use toilet, moreover he was very rude with very limited understanding of customer service. Treated me as I’m a homeless man came to use their toilets. When my friend arrived we left to Pret opposite. After such horrible treatment at Nero would never go there again.
