Starbucks

Great Coffee, very good location central for shopping and for a visit to the Cathedral.
There is great and easy access via either open-air or multi storey car park.
There is plenty of seating inside and out so if you are in Cathedral Square I recommend Starbucks for a coffee stop.

I wouldn’t go in to Starbucks out of choice, however my daughter loves their chocolate chip drink and was given gift cards for her birthday . Every time we order we say no cream and every time they put cream on her drink . If you raise this with member of staff (which my daughter won’t do if she goes in alone as she is not very confident) they huff and puff and scrap the cream off into the sink and it’s 50/50 if they will give you a fresh lid. So what you’re left with is an overpriced sticky mess.

Never had any complaints from this Starbucks. A note to start though to please tidy up tables, especially outside - it's not great for new customers to walk past unloved tables

Phoebe!!! You are amazon!! Context I have a medical condition where I'm cant have acids or spices and someone served me that in the Christmas market, phoebe gave me some milk with no problem!! Thank you so much!

Had one of the kindest moments of my year so far, today. I originally ordered a Too Good To Go bag over 7 hours before waiting to pick it up. Me and my friend waited 2 hours for the bag and my order was cancelled last minute by the company. The barista saw that last minute they cancelled my order and that, we waited so long and gave me and my friend a large complimentary drink and 2 brownies. It was the best hospitality experiences of my life and I very much appreciate it.

Service was very slow, only 2 members of staff were on at 13:40 on a Sunday, it was busy, tables outside were dirty, lots of cups on tables, they could do with a bin outside,

No clean cups?
Ended up with a huge cup which was half filled. Both drinks came in cups which had slopped/spilled over which is strange given one was half full?
Not all the staff were overly friendly.

My experience was very poor because they did not sell my favourite drink because it was Christmas time. I hope you manage to make your service better.
