These guys have been great sources of conversation whilst I have been on Furlough.

Always very welcoming each time since this is my local & its great to see people still working whilst enduring the difficulties of the UK Lockdown 🔐 .

Glad the staff have been able to knuckle through to provide a friendly service every time .

I am a Starbucks customer, Is my boyfriend’s favourite coffee shop but as everyone mentioned, specifically on this shop in Hornchurch, is that the stuff doesn’t pay attention to clients…many time I get the wrong coffee and if you are getting that they don’t bother to ask if you maybe want another one,they just let you waiting. The staff is untrained and young and they just don’t care. And also they are not very good cleaners. I think they need more training because they are working in customer service.

Asked for a peppermint mocha there was no peppermint in my mocha couldn't taste anything there was definitely not 2 signature espresso, for someone who has one a day from Starbucks I can tell you this is the worst mocha I've had.

Great to sit and have a coffee with your old faithful pooch who also gets a treat on the house. Great to pop into, very dog friendly

I have used this shop almost daily and the staff were very polite and the service was good and above all the coffee was nice. Since just before Xmas the staff have changed and although they are polite the coffee is weak (milky) and Luke warm even though I order extra hot and its really not good at all.
If it does not change i will have to go elsewhere.
I blame the owners they should be in checking it and supervising.

Like most here, I experienced appalling service from this Starbucks… specifically from Maddie and Mo. Got here at the time it specifies they open on a very cold winter morning. The door was unlocked so I walked in however at the counter I was informed they were closed for another half an hour. There was no apology and in fact Maddie laughed in my face about the situation. The manager Mo informed me that they couldn’t serve me because they were “cashing out from the night before” and he “forgot to lock the front door” whilst handling cash with the front door wide open which was extremely careless and unprofessional putting staff and customers at risk of a robbery. I wouldn’t recommend.

Saturday morning 17th December 2022.
I arrived for my weekly coffee and saw a sign on the door said they are opening at 9.45am due to staff shortages. I arrived and saw this at 9.42am so I decided to stay and wait. A queue formed of around 20 people waiting. Others passed by and didnt bother waiting, they must have went somewhere else.

Time ticked on. And on. It was SUB-ZERO temperatures outside, snow and frost everywhere. It was very cold.

We peered through and could see two teenagers cleaning jugs. Despite waving at them, they ignored us outside.
At 10am I knocked on the window, hoping to ask them when they planned to actually open. They ignored again.
In good faith that perhaps it had been a bad morning for them, we waited for another 10 minutes.
They STILL did not communicate anything to us.
I knocked on the window again and waved the girl over. She said she didnt have the keys to open. Ok, fine. I asked through the window, why couldnt you tell us this then? Why are you ignoring us?? She just shrugged and didnt apologise or anything.

Absolutely appauling behaviour, very unprofessional and has put me off of going there again.
Everyone went to Costa instead.

In future I will take my regular business somewhere else!!

Most of the orders are fine, but from time to time I get either items damaged/leaking or venti coffee being a grande which is quiet annoying when you specifically pay for the largest coffee.
