Went to meet a friend here with my 17 month old son and was so disappointed.
We were settled on a sofa, and had our changing bags and coats on it, and on the table our coffee/ smoothie and pastries on it. We had stood by the gated area with the small ball pit supervising our children whilst they were inside. Despite this, a mother came and settled on the sofa and then let her toddlers run amok! So we now had nowhere to sit and had to stand for the duration of our visit, as the mother made no effort to move and it didn't seem worthwhile reasoning with her.
It was really busy so perhaps there should be a limit on numbers, especially as the babies are in the same area as the toddlers and it can be overwhelming.
Coffee wasn't great and came only in one size so there was no space in the cup to add milk so I would have to tip some out, which is a waste of good coffee!
The toilets and changing area were clean and tidy so no complaints about that!
Very random with the steps at the entrance, surely there should be a ramp to allow easy access for buggies and prams? It was very awkward coming in and out with the steps, struggling with the pushchair.
Disappointing visit as I had expected so much better from a place that had received otherwise good reviews.

The fee you pay per child makes this cafe work out quite expensive when you factor in the cost of a coffee you'll want as well. A baby class would work out cheaper and offer more.

The infant's area isn't policed and every mum of a young baby I've talked to about the cafe has had an experience where an older rambunctious toddler has clobbered their baby in the ball pit. The area is meant to be for small babies, but it just isn't safe. There was a string of loose beads hanging off the baby bouncer with a broken wooden bead barely holding it together and I ended up fishing them out of my son's mouth. Other toys were also in poor repair.

The food and drinks are good, and I found the staff friendly enough. The idea has great potential, it just feels like it's falling short a bit. It'd also be great if they replaced the steps with a ramp.

Fabulous place for parents to take a breather, have a hot coffee whilst it's still hot and actually manage to have a chat! Both my 1 month old baby and my 3.5yr old stayed occupied and happy. This cafe is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood and one I will be frequenting regularly. Thank you!

In theory this place sounds like a dream for young children but in reality it's the concrete opposite. It's sadly full of lazy Mum's who let their toddlers run round causing mayhem. Sadly my experience was made even worse by my 5 month old son getting hit in the head with a large wooden trolley by a 2 yr old who was not supposed to even be in the baby area but the staff don't see it as their job to monitor this and just let kids run round doing what they like. My baby was crying uncontrollably with a huge bump on his head...naturally I was horrified by the experience. It was my first and last time at the Cafe, it really is badly staffed with rude abrupt people that are just their to work in the cafe serving coffee rather than make sure the place is functioning okay and rules are adhered and more importantly children are safe.

Lovely little play area for babies, only charged for the time you play and not per full hour and yummy coffee. Friendly, helpful staff, chilled music, overall pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back again!

Such a gem! We loved it! Good coffee for adults and safe play for the little ones. The dance/ballet classes in the basement studio are also a great idea!

Brilliant idea and I was there with my little Granddaughter for her Ballet class. The Cafe area is nice but very poor seating arrangements. A family of two can hog a double sofa area for as long as they like.

One star because I can’t put 0.
Misleading !!!!! They make you think this is a kids and baby friendly environment.
-Staff is very unfriendly.
-Place is almost as tiny as a gnome house
-Toys don’t have batteries.
-Very few toys for kids to play with.
-Filthier than Picadilly line on rush hour.
-Infant drank my water.
They charge you 5 pounds admission to play at this weird cafe/baby prison. They should pay costumers instead. 🤦🏼‍♀️
