Very early in the morning and seemed like they were waiting on a stock delivery, but the staff member who served us was quick, efficient and polite, and apologetic about the poor selection of sandwiches and pastries. All other snacks and drinks were fully stocked.

A huge variety of food and drink, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. The staff (a young girl in particular not certain of her name) are very friendly and accommodating. Very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be visiting again!

The guy serving was a lovely warm, chatty character, which started our day out lovely, not only did he help us get the best deal with our meal deals, my daughter had left her phone on the side when collecting her order. Took us 15 mins to realise but he'd safely kept aside for us, after a thorough check what picture was on the front. A total credit to your company x

My friend and I used pumpkin cafe on 10th November while waiting for the London train and we were absolutely amazed at how clean, organised and inviting it was. All the stock was beautifully displayed and so much choice of everything. The staff were very professional and friendly, I would highly recommend going there even if your using the train. Very warm and comfortable and reasonably priced.

Very quick service, the staff had a friendly and polite approach too.

Half decent coffee, but priced too high for what you get.

At this price point I would expect a proper coffee machine. Not a push button one. That being said, it was above average for a push button machine, and produced a half decent cup, so no major complaints.
