This place was awesome when Magda was managing it. Then Larisa worked there and it was also great but sadly she isn't there anymore. To be honest, the rest of the staff are polite but not sociable and barely chat to clients and are quite distant and cold. The only person right now who always has a smile on his face and socialises while working professionally is Anthony. He's a star 🌟

It was the most disappointing Caffe Nero branch I had ever been, I ordered large hot chocolate, and then turned out that they gave the small hot chocolate to me, and said that it was mine and always here. So I paid for large and got a small one? And I told them that the small one was the blonde lady before ne, not yet come to take, and one of the staff said to another lady that I am difficult to communicate, how? I just wanted to get what I should have. Finally, I got my large hot chocolate with cream on top, but all the curves and raging cannot go away and stay...

Best coffee of the big chains. Pity they have just changed the caramel shortbread - it used to be the best but the new version is poor

My favourite branch! by far the best staff and coffee. They’re always so friendly and accommodating, we usually have a chit chat whilst there and my Mocha is always consistently delicious! Not sure if the staff has changed but the 3 amazing baristas that worked there before the pandemic and partially during are the best! :)
