Costa Coffee at Premier Inn

Good located nice atmosphere however tea served with not enough heated water, no tray, even don’t have tea pots to brew tea bag and no paper napkins offered or found in service stand very poor service

Costa have stopped supplying free newspapers as of 1st jan 2019,I used to go in just for coffee and a quick read,not good customer service at all,Will find somewhere else that has papers !

Standard Costa Coffee. Let down by the lack of being able to sit down and enjoy it. Huge signs on the A4 advertising. However, parking is charged at£2 for over 30 mins. So basically take away or a very expensive coffee

The service was very bad, normally the service is ok. There was no queue, we waited 20 minutes, both the workers was at the back no where to be seen for 20 minutes. When they came back i asked why we had to wait so long, no response at all, which is very rude. I ordered, but they gave the incorrect order. When i still asked for the correct item they still messed it up. I asked for more milk as the lady worker gave cold milk, when i asked for hot milk several times, she then was like you want more!!! I said well i did ask for hot milk which you still have not given. She was very disrespectful rolling her eyes at me and huffing and puffing. Very disappointed with this behaviour.

Friendly staff, good selection. Food and coffee was pretty good.

First coffee seemed weak. The second cup, I watched as my medium Americano was being made. I saw that water from the hot water spigot (for tea) was added to the bottom of my take away cup. Once the coffee was in my cup it was the volume of a small cup!
Watering down coffee and short filling is stealing.

Absolutely useless. Never any pastries with lots of excuses. Now coffee machine out of order for 2 days ! Go to Starbucks instead. This has to be the worst Costa in the network and needs serious attention

excellent service. i was worried due to previous reviews from here but i found them unfounded. my sandwich was warm on plate and my drink was made right and got l stayed hot while i read my book while waiting out some rain. the staff was friendly and i am sure anyone who stops by will have a similar experience
