Starbucks Coffee

Spent £45 on delivery to receive “hot” food that hadn’t even been taken out the packet to be cooked. Also had a drink and cake missing but they had time to write thank you on my bag, maybe they should focus more on getting their orders right.

Another Starbucks 1 minute around the corner - go there !!

Service a bit on the slow side, seems like staff were on training or didn't know what they were doing.

Service is usually quite slow, but it's close to work, so I end up going there, but that doesn't usually bother me. I went in today, waited longer than usual for my Mac n cheese, when I started eating it, it tasted sour, I knew the cheese was off, I checked the date at the bottom, it was out of date! How does this meet food standards, that somewhere like Stabucks are selling people out of date food? Their reaction when I told them the mac n cheese tastes off and is also out of date wasn't great, they didn't apologise and instead said, you can have another one, as though they were doing me a favour? The second one they gave hadn't been in the oven long enough and was still cold. I won't be going there again.

I visited this Starbucks with my friend and unexpectedly found that my card was declined at the till. I had money in my account, but for some reason, none of my cards would work. The Barrister very kindly gave us the two drinks complimentary. The quality of the drinks were superb. Santa and Connor were helpful, friendly and incredibly efficient. The store was just about to close and they very kindly allowed us to enter and purchase a drink so they were working right up till the end of their shift. Their knowledge of the drinks available was impeccable and they helped guide us and other customers to the perfect drink for our individual tastes. The toilets were maintained to a high standard. I loved Santas Canadian accent! 100% would recommend the police.

I think it's one of the worst places where we talk about service. I waited for over 20 minutes after ordering coffee. I didn't get coffee from anyone. Finally, I refund my money. So think twice when you want to get there. It makes us waste our time. I tried to locate the director or the person in charge, but there was no one there. It was 1:45 p.m.

I have never been to a Starbucks this bad!!!! horrible service!!! the person prepares your coffee and you have to guess which one is yours. Put them all together on the left. And the social distance???? the coffee is inedible! it looked like it was hot water that washed the machine. We threw away the coffees!!! I'm not coming back for this one!!!! Wembley Brent Center store left much to be desired. Does not follow the same pattern
