Starbucks Coffee

This store’s gone massively downhill! At 1pm the store was decently busy but I skipped the queue and ordered in the app. The drinks took 20mins to be made and one was only half full!
The place is a total mess with three staff struggling behind the bar not working efficiently as trained (I used to work for Starbucks so I know). Where’s the manager!? It’s the busiest day of the week in this store!
Absolutely shambles! Also, where’s all the outdoor furniture gone? There used to be 8 tables with almost 4 chairs each. Now there’s only 4?
Complete joke, just don’t bother!

Had all the range of the new autumn cup great staff very helpful and friendly

I have been going here for 15 years and this place just isn't what it used to be. The new manager is unfriendly does not make eye contact or smile. The three regular employees who have been there awhile seem to do most of the work (Angela, Diana and John). I don't think new employees are either a right fit or maybe not getting good training. I expect a full positive experience when I pay premium prices for a coffee. My husband and I used to come here if we were grocery shopping or not, now we really only go if we are shopping.

That pic was supposed to be a flat white! It was just a watery milky coffee splashed onto a plate!

It was morning of 20th of September, one lady and one young girl served us. Especially the lady is always cold and no warm customer service. I’ve never seen her smile. And if you have a special request good luck to you. We’ve always been getting our coffee from here, and we always get the same impression from her, but this morning I finally wanted to write a review. I ve worked in the hospitality business in the past, and this is definitely not the way you treat your customers.

I am a regular of this Starbucks and couldn't recommend it enough. The staff are so personable and lovely. I pop by every few days and they always know my order and have it prepared for me very quickly. Always kept clean and tidy and the drinks are delicious.

I am giving this venue 4 stars purely because of a guy called Harry that works there. He is so kind, hard-working and makes excellent coffees. He puts staff there who have been there a lot longer a good name who can't seem to follow those rules.

Jon and the Manager are also very kind and hard working as well. All three makes the experience at Burpham Starbucks more enjoyable to come into.

I've been a few times with my daughter and have been shocked by how rude the two older woman are. However it has all been redeemed today I was first served with Harry who I don't think works the weekday mornings. He was lovely and gave us a taster of the Christmas drinks and provided a great conversation.

Wonderful festive greeting from Harry. Excellent service (with a smile). Superb recommendation for coffee choice and amazing coffee produced by James (Also with a smile). A great experience at Starbucks Burpham Sainsburys 👍😊
