Awful service and rude staff. The lady that served me was so horrible!

I had my voucher after making frequent visits at this cafe, so I decided to order a drink, I didn’t like the taste so I politely said “please can I get this changed as it’s bland” the staff member rolled her eyes, took a long pause and said “you have to wait we are very busy”

I said “yeah I’m happy to wait”

Then 5 people got served, I requested my voucher back and she said “you can’t have it back” to which I replied “may I have my drink then”

She then decided to advise me about patience and how not to communicate (even though I had been polite) then I responded by informing her she should not be making faces and rolling her eyes when the customer requests something.

Disgusting and appalling service. The second drink tasted the same as the first disappointing one. Shocking service and justification of inappropriate gestures such as eye rolling and huffing and puffing. I’ll never go there again and won’t set up meetings with friends in there also.

Good quality food and drink as per usual for Nero.
Not many mains outlets, just in case you need them. You'd be okay on the first two tables.

Had the after Luxury hot chocolate, absolutely loved it. There was just 1 lady serving and she was doing great job on her own. Definitely coming back for Luxury Mocha next time :)

Not enough seating outside otherwise coffe is just fine

I didn't feel welcome. Customer service wasn't great. Once again, Coffee Nero's standards on beverage production continue to change at every point of sale.

Cold unwelcoming cafe in Harrow. The staff member who served us was miserable and very rude! Even the trainee gave us better service with a smile.
