We were having an Afternoon tea, a treat from my daughter and her partner. Food came out displayed beautifully on minuture wooden bench with lots of different selection of sandwiches cakes and scones. Followed by as many cups of teas and coffee's. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others and definitely 😁 another visit from my husband and myself!

Used to be good. Went there years... spent 1000s of pounds here, unfortunately its gone downhill to the point we wont be back again. Keep messing up orders, they try palming you off with half portions because they've run out of stuff, the old staff have gone and been replaced by people that i imagine are cheaper. I'd go next door.

Absolutely delightful afternoon tea, huge selection of sandwiches to choose from, lovely cakes and scones still warm from the oven. The staff were friendly and accommodating and I would definitely come again.

Had their new afternoon tea. Really delicious food and got my money's worth. The only issue I had was booking it as I couldn't get a response using their website booking form and had to ring in.

10/10, I always have a lovely time there. George makes great coffee and his latte art is top tier; Mel makes awesome cakes and food; Shelley makes a mean hot chocolate and her customer service is second to none! Definitely recommended!

My friends and I brought an afternoon tea as a birthday gift, we started as four but ended up as six. On the day we were asked our preferences, so then we knew the sandwiches were freshly made. The fillings were plenty and a good selection, you could tell the cakes were all homemade and were delicious, although it was all too much and we had to have takeaway boxes to finish it off. We have been on many afternoon teas most really good but for the money this was well worth it and I would highly recommend it. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. One of our ladies was vegetarian and they made sure she was catered for.

Visited at around 2pm. There was only one customer, from a cafe of about 20 covers. There were dirty dishes stacked on two tables. I asked if I could get an Americano with CREAM on the side. Yes, that's fine. I placed my order, repeating an Americano with CREAM on the side, and two toasted tea cakes.
When my order arrived it was an American with SEMI-SKIMMED MILK on the side. The two toasted tea cakes were stale, and it was like eating cardboard. The staff were friendly, not busy, and obviously took no real notice of customer needs. My first vist and sadly my last. Expected better, certainly at the price. There are other coffee shops in the area, so I would have thought they would want to be better than any competition.
