Always visit this Costa as its close to my home. I visit in the morning with a nice hello Terry from the staff and a few minutes later my coffee is ready. A lady called Anita makes the best drink in the world. 5*

Terrible experience. Staff made my daughter cry. Won't go there again. Also have the menu was unavailable anyway. Plenty of other coffee shops nearby. Don't waste your money in here.

Nice staff but very dirty tables outside, always covered with rubbish,you have to clean people's mess , clean the table and than have a sit.

Bald Chap was lovely. I've seen a review about him being rude to children - which isn't true. He asked some kids to not open crisps before paying.

Lovely customer service, an even better latte considering both the men were rushed off feet.

Been waiting for my coffee over 10min because the member of the stuff tall ginger guy decided to go for a break. Left his coleque on her own despite the system was down. She was great but a lot of customers gone as the situation was very taugh.

Extremely bad customer service..
The barista “ginger, big guy” was so nasty to me, my friend and mainly to our children (4-7 year olds).. Don’t waste your money there… People like him shouldn’t be allowed to work in any sort of customer service environment..
I’m glad that we left before spending any money in there.

Used to have good service, but……since they’ve been accepting Uber orders / just eat etc… the service has rapidly declined. A few weeks ago I was waiting to be served at the till and was ignored for over 5 minutes because the two staff were too busy trying to deal with the influx of online orders. For some reason the online orders take preference over an actual human standing in front of them?! It would have been nice if one them at least acknowledged me.
I thought this was a one - off, but the second time I went in, there was only one member of staff - I was second in line and waited 15 minutes because the poor guy had to serve and then make the drinks on his own. Haven’t been back since.

To be fair to the staff, it’s really not their fault and they are always very friendly. You can see that these online orders have really impacted their ability to provide good service to face to face customers - there should be at least three of them, one just dealing with the online orders to take the pressure off the others.
