This outlet in the hospital seems a excellent place to position a Costa coffee. Personally not a fan of coffee and prefer hot chocolate.. I ordered twice on two separate days as my partner was admitted to hospital for a dog bite and this outlets hot chocolate is amazing..

Staff seemed friendly and helpful.. As I had takeaways on both occasions I can't comment on the tables etc.. But I can say the hot chocolate is top notch! Would recommend

In Worthing Hospital entrance. Service slow, coffee tasted good but wasn't very hot. Tables needed clearing. The shutters for the service area were broken and not fully raised so customers were repeatedly banging their heads on it.

A disappointing experience. Next time I'll go to the League of Friends outlet at the other end of the hospital.

Sadly very poor service in here. Just bad attitudes from the young staff. Doesn't take much to be polite and courteous, it feels very abrupt and uncaring in there. Shame because when you're in a hospital it'd be nice to have at least polite staff, if not good service with a smile during a stressful time. Makes a miserable reason for having to be at hospital, just that little bit more miserable, when the staff treat you like they'd rather be doing literally anything else than serve you. Unwilling to make my coffee like I have it in every other Costa I go to. "computer says no" comes to mind. Also you aren't allowed to use reuseable cups, would be good to know why this rule has to be in place? I hate having to use one use cups.

So I work at Worthing Hospital, where there's a Costa. The app suggests I have a free drink so I go ahead and order. When I get to the counter after queuing for ages, I'm told there is another branch over ten minutes away, and they will not honour the order, despite me showing the order number and receipt. On top of that, turns out it wasn't free at all, and my card has been charged!
Well done, Costa, for cheating a hard-working nurse out of money. Fraudsters!

Just had a flavourless toasted cheese and ham sandwich, was partly steamed by the time I sat down so limp and sweaty. The seating area in Worthing Hospital branch is very limited and not user friendly cup of watery tea hardly any milk in it.
All in all a rubbish experience.

Prices are outrageous, especially considering the average/poor quality of the food and drinks. What's even more outrageous is that they are set up in Worthing hospital, taking advantage of a captive audience! If I didn't know better I'd swear the exorbitant prices were in place to subsidise the hospital!!!

The staff were in need of attending charm school. Everything seemed an inconvenience. Not a good customer experience, besides the poor products and high prices. Tremendous

Have visited twice in the last week - first time was when there was a members offer, second time a few days later.

Being in the hospital, both times it was very busy, especially for its size, but staff were quick, friendly & lovely. They didn’t stop the entire time I was there &, considering they were constantly serving multiple people, the service was as quick as any other coffee shop I’ve been to (inc other branches)

Second time I tried tipping but they said there was no way for them to take tips (which is disappointing).

Caught a couple of names; Charlotte was working both times & was brilliant & very friendly, Sam was very knowledgeable & engaging - even when busy, & there was a young lad (with curtains) working, whose name I didn’t catch unfortunately. All are an absolute credit to the business & hopefully can be acknowledged as such.
