Caffè Nero

This was a good experience. The drinks here are always nice and the staff are friendly. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have any other plastic cups left today for iced drinks, but the coffee was still good. They have a nice seating area upstairs too which is appreciated.

Great choice of coffee and you can always find a seat but very expensive. Very limited low calorie options

The tables here HAVE NEVER BEEN WIPED with a cloth. I wanted filter coffee with cream. THEY HAD NEITHER. This is supposed to be a coffee shop. I don't think I wandered into a Kwik Fit by mistake.

Footnote. It was lovely and warm inside in a very cold day.

In most cases you have to wait a long time to be served and then again for the coffee and food to arrive. Suggest you get more staff to help the struggling two girls. The staff are friendly but need more help to give good service

The server was so disinterested in serving me. He didn't smile or give my friend and me a warm welcome. I'll never drink in there again. Worse coffee place in my opinion.

Friendly café who are happy to adapt drinks as needed. Good seating areas with a lovely cosy area in an upper level at the back and comfy sofas looking into the street at the front.
