Costa Coffee

Magic... a Costa so close to home..
Great greeting .. first time in here. Pleasant and welcoming staff and the usual high standard of service and COFFEE.....

This review is solely based on the kindness and help that Sam, behind the cashier, demonstrated. I was completely lost on my way to someone's house I'd brought a rabbit hutch from, my phone battery had just died and I had no clue where I was going. Sam found the guys post on Facebook, contacted him, found his address on Google maps and wrote it down for me. It seems such a small thing but in this day and age, kindness really does stick in your head! Thank you so much Sam, Costa are lucky to have you serving their customers! :)

Very pleasant. Usual good quality coffee from costa. Staff very pleasant and parking was easy. Nice selection of cakes

Everything is great except for the Web order system otherwise it would be 5 star

Staff decided to close an hour early. No signage put up to inform anyone of this, they just yelled "we're closed" when we opened the door.
Very slow service when they are open.

Went in for a flavored hot chocolate. It was very busy and there card reader went down. Got hot chocolate but didn't taste of chocolate or the added syrup.

Spacious drinking/eating area in a converted pub. Staff always friendly and efficient, parking and small outdoor seating area to the side.

Great building sorely let down by the poor state of the decor and toilets. Dishwasher was also broken. Flush wash smashed and damp and bubbling on the walls.
Staff weren't the sharpest tacks in the box but served up a good coffee..
Really needs to be given some TLC as this could be a flagship for Costa as the building is great with lots of parking at the rear.
