This drive thru and the northbound side never fail to please. Staff are always friendly and helpful, coffee and food is always good and the speed of service is incredible! Even busy periods don’t make for a long wait time, only minor gripe is sometimes specials aren’t always available but understandable with popularity and availability. Keep up the good work

Burnt coffee and my gingerbread latte did not contain any gingerbread syrup. Extra star for quick delivery but the drink was rubbish.

Lovely coffee and food ,cosy place to sit and staff are amazing, great place to have a quick break or sit and relax with a drink of your choice ,plenty of options to choose from ,I loved it .Thank you ❤️

Do yourself a favour and drive a few miles further to Jenno’s at Everards Meadows just off JCT21 of the M1 as the experience will be miles better. This Starbucks seems to employ the most disinterested people you could imagine. Incorrect orders, inconsistent drinks and no one breaking a smile. If you must have a Starbucks the Fosse Park one also off JCT21 M1 is also better (and opposite a Dunkin Donuts). Avoid this one ☝️

Standard Starbucks high quality service. Food and drinks are served well and quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are a few parking spaces outside but more spaces are available in the main parking area of services. Be careful of traffic if walking from the main parking area to Starbucks. More suited for drive-thru.

Very new and popular Drive Thru, but it also has seating inside. If you want to sit down for a coffee, this one is usually quieter than the Starbucks in the main building.
