This was an attractive Costa from the outside but I got a bit confused about which was the way in, because I couldn't see the entrance door very well. The barristers were polite and helpful and I was very pleased with my Americano and Terry's chocolate muffin. I wasn't able to sit inside but there are two benches close to the coffee shop where I could sit so I was fine.

Like this new store of Lidl a lot, managed to get everything I needed, much better layout than the old store, I hope they keep on top of the cleaning, always felt the old store never looked particularly clean. This new store is of course all sparkly clean let's see what it looks like this time next year.

Good selection of shops, but the car park is always awfully busy.
There are not enough disabled parking bays, regular car bays are very tightly packed in- evidence seen in the many dented, scuffed and massively damaged bollards and kerbs surrounding the area.
Which are keeping pedestrians safe, but not sure for how much longer, as it can get super busy on the pavements, that pedestrians use the roads to walk in too.
So keep your wits about you if you use this area to park in.
Other than that, as aforementioned, the choice of shops are great.
Argos, B&M, Next, Aldi, Lidl, Halfords, M&S, Metro Bank, and many more, and if you manage to mobilise off of this area, you can gain access to the High Street too. This is where you'll find pubs, barbers, smaller convenience shops, fast food shops, salons, budget stores, betting shops, etc. Also, more parking is available along there too. Just be aware of location, duration, and any parking costs.

Really slow service, hence long waiting time, poor selection of cakes.the cakes in they had had flies on them.
We sat outside..the tables were filthy ,covered cups and plates.
The branch in Radlett is a better place...clean,good service..

Horrible experience. My coffee wasn't mixed all the syrup was sat at the bottom. The staff were openly arguing in front of customers. Thrashing about their glassware and coffee mugs. When we brought up the uncomfortable atmosphere with one of the staff they laughed it off and gave a half hearted apology.

We asked for a salted caramel frappe, but when we tasted it, it was virtually tasteless. But to be fair to the staff, they changed them without question. Like part of the new layout, but they have put a table right next to their serving area, which makes the table unusable when they need to get in and out, and they have lost about 15 to 20 places with their new layout, which doesn't make economical sense

Coffee was good..The place is self service, but they need to keep their tables clean.
