Caffè Nero

We had coffee here. There was plenty of seating- comfortable sofas and tables etc. They served us quickly. There were plenty of snack and drink options. Didn't have to queue, on a busy Saturday afternoon in town.

Excellent customer service on my visit. Young lady took my order was very polite and friendly. Offered the special blend but no pushy sales pitch. Brought my panini to the table when it was heated. Brie and bacon is lovely as was the vegan cheesecake afterwards even though I'm not vegan. Might have to make this a regular stop.

What a lovely Caffe Nero, warm, cosy. Comfy lounge seats by the window. A very relaxing place, located right in the middle of Crawley.

Lovely atmosphere with great coffee. The staff there also sometimes bring your coffee and food to you! Would definitely recommend!

Like most cafe Nero' they are to a nice standard and a reasonable selection of food and drink options in a nice place. Really good coffee as always

Great coffee; friendly, efficient service; clean, clutter-free tables.

Great tasting, strong coffee and interesting limited edition flavours. The pastries/cakes are delicious too and they have a nice variety. Service is good and standard.
However I did not want to bring the rating down for this but they really need some new furniture, the ones at the back of the shop are very uncomfortable and worn out.
All in all still my favourite coffe shop in town, a bit pricier than the rest but you get what you pay for. 👍
